For clients and candidates
Service Engagement Terms
A signed proposal, statement of work, assignment schedule, or other written agreement may add specific terms to the points below. If there is a conflict, the signed service agreement takes priority.
Scope and instructions
We agree the role, search brief, deliverables, timing, and named contacts before work begins.
Confidential information
Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed recruitment or HR purpose.
Fees and payment
Fees, invoicing dates, replacement arrangements, and payment periods are set out in the relevant written agreement.
Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for final hiring decisions, right-to-work checks, and workplace compliance unless agreed otherwise.
We aim to resolve concerns directly. Contact us promptly if a service issue needs attention.
